24 Hour Inspire 2016

This year’s event will take place on 12-13 May 2016 in the Hicks Building, University of Sheffield.  We kick off at 5 pm on Thursday, and finish at 5 pm on Friday – in between there will be talks on life, the universe and everything, with speakers from across the University (and beyond).  Full details of the programme will follow shortly.

Tickets for a single lecture will be available for a minimum donation of £2, and for a mere £7 minimum donation, you can have a wristband that gives access to the full 24 hour programme.  Alongside the talks, there will be a range of fringe activities and entertainments, all in aid of this year’s charities, Teenage Cancer Trust and Impact Young Heroes.

As always, the 24 Hour Inspire is in memory and in celebration of Tim Richardson, and we also celebrate the life and work of Victoria Henshaw.

    1. Hi Millie, the lectures are open to anyone, and there’s no age restriction. All the talks are aimed at a non-specialist audience, but would probably be most suitable for A level and above. More details will follow shortly!
